The Baroness Suite is like an entire house! I loved being able to cook on a gas stove with a full oven using appliances that I would use at home. Linda and Bruce are superb hosts - the fire was ready to go, there was a welcome pack including a drink (much needed after a long drive!), and everything was clean and perfect. The deck is superb...
We had the most wonderful stay in Leura, the accommodation was lovely, it was a step back in time but with all the mod-cons, the garden is gorgeous, we were close enough to the main village and far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. Looking forward to staying at the Corner Manor again.
Within 10 minutes drive of the spectacular Echo Point (and less to the significantly quieter but still breathtaking Sublime Point) Corner Manor gave us a great base for two days hiking. The parking pass for Leura was much appreciated given how busy and expensive it can be, as was the complimentary tea and coffee. The oldy worldy decor of the Cedar Suite was quite cosy, despite the front door needing a shove/kick to open giving a bad first impression. It did seem slightly pricy, but that might just have been the time of year/area. The owners Bruce and Linda were very friendly and provided some great cafe, restaurant and hiking suggestions.
