Great accommodation right in the city center. Very nice and clean room, very good service. Really in the middle of Turnhout so it’s perfect for a city trip.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Stayed for a 2 day business trip. Had good service and room was well decorated, roomy, and very clean.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband for a spa weekend. Positives: - excellent central location, directly on the main square - public parking garage close by. 12€/day - bright clean rooms - small but well kept spa area (two saunas) and excellent shower walk with different water streams, warmth, and smells Negatives: - no fitness, no pool, which should be a standard offer in a 4-stars hotel - no steam sauna - staff polite but not very attentive, no extra effort to be friendly or available - no real warm options for breakfast - powdered scrambled eggs and bacon were cold. If you come later many options are not refilled. Asking the kitchen to prepare eggs sunny side up was rejected. - The hotel cooperate with external masseur. Although, we asked for massages a few days ahead and the massage room was empty, there was no massages available. The hotel could have cooperation with more masseurs, not to reject requests for massages when the room is available. Conclusion: nice hotel with excellent location. Would recommend for business stays or city sightseeing, but not for spa.
