We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The location is centrally located. Convenient for walking the city and public transportation. Parking is difficult and expensive. The stay goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The daily room service breakfast is delicious and elegantly presented. I highly recommend this hotel and if my travels take me to Tornio in the future, I will stay here.
A five star experience! Excellent communication, a charming welcome with competently given information, a top quality Simmons mattress, a spectacular view from a perfect location and a wonderful breakfast that surpassed our expectations by far! Highly recommended!
Lovely hotel with lovely views over the square. Staff very friendly and pleasant. The only complaint I would have is that the room was like a supermarket- lots of snacks&drinks for sale as well as the mini-bar- really not necessary and cluttered up the room
