Amazing, relaxing stay. Pools, everything top notch. Except for A/C. Wish our room (upper floor) was cooler. Especially for sleeping. The AC units are sad, could barely keep up during a heat wave 90° days. But the place is marvelous. Just jump in the pool 24/7 to cool off! Breakfast each morning delicious. Didn’t eat on site for lunch or dinner.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed for three nights and for sure that we are coming back. Highlights: - super friendly and helpful staff - pool and wellness facilities. Especially the size and the temperature of the pool. They also have a colder plunge bath. - loved the overal view from the garden

I’m giving this hotel a couple of stars only because there was one nice waiter and I had a good cappuccino, besides a nice location. We were there on our school vacation. Our son could not get out if the bathroom because the lock was broken. We had to call service to unlock the door. The toilet was broken and water in the bowl was running 24 hours a day. The lid of the garbage can in the toilet did not lift. When you’re having your afternoon drink outside, dressed up, there are people in robes squeezing by you, you have to get up and let them through. Some outside spa facilities are located next to the tables on the terrace. We have been charged 35 euros per each person of our family AFTER the check out, it is as early as 10 am in a morning, when we used the hotel spa. Even when our son only used a chair inside the spa and had his raincoat on. Although, it started nicely, there is a very sour feeling we all have after staying there because of the bad service and unfriendly receptionists who are trained to pump money out of their guests. Would not recommend.
