Highly recommended. The staff were excellent, very attentive, smiling all the time. The whole place was so clean & the food was very good.
Spent a very nice and quite three days in this pleasant hotel. Staff very helpful. Indoor pool and Spa area great to chill out in. Near are lots of great walks in forests and around the lakes. Good restaurant and free parking. No TV stations in rooms only radio..
The bathroom was not clean [dirty with poop] although indicated "desinfected". This makes me question the cleaning everywhere. We pointed out the issue, and although the staff was kind, didn't receive an apology nor got offered any sort of compensation. Our package had a private spa circuit included, but the hotel made no arrangements to respect privacy - we were interrupted three times by other guests. The one star is for the recpection crew, which was kind. This was not a 4-star worthy experience.
