Very good location , Clean and neat room I made a reservation for superior room but no need to do it . My friends booked the most cheapest room and they got rooms better than me . In my room , no bathtub and smaller size than those

Booked this hotel for 2 separate stays (4 nights then 1 night) over a 2 week period because it was reasonably priced and well located. However, both rooms had really noisy air con (similar to a kettle boiling), which didn't really cool the room and the rooms smelt of damp. The location was at least 10-15 mins walk from the MTR stations, but has bus stops a few minutes away. Convenience shops (like 7 Eleven) were at least 10 mins walk away and restaurants were a similar distance. The service was good though, with requests for extra towels and maintenance issues (faulty light bulb in the bathroom) being addressed quickly. They also have a convenient shuttle bus (from the Dorsett Hotel next door), which takes you to the HK Airport Express terminal in Central.

I regret booking this hotel. The aircon wet the ceiling and dripped on us. It wasn't cleaned well- bathroom tiles had what looked like urine stains running down, and the glass on the cupboard had smeared something on it (have pictures). Why I'm so annoyed is that I went by ratings, and only realised why it had a decent rating- they bribe you by giving away a "Cosmo bear" when you leave a review via their QR code. Don't let the nice photos deceive you, as it's very tired hotel. Oh and the breakfast wasn't not edible. Wasted $300 a night!!!! The staff were lovely though.
