Thank you to all staf for their support to our team in organizing the 3D2N course here. Mr. Leon was extremely helpful and kind in attending to us. The seminar room was comfortable and spacious, and the buffet was also delicious. The hotel’s location is very strategic, situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it convenient for participants to go out for leisure activities. Overall, we are satisfied. Thank you!!
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful—when we noticed there was no shampoo in the room, they responded quickly and came to refill it right away. The room was clean, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. However, one negative experience stood out. While we were bringing our luggage from the reception area to the ground floor using the escalator, one of the security staff yelled and scolded us very rudely. We genuinely did not notice the “no luggage” sign, and it was not our intention to break any rules. While we understand the importance of safety, there is no excuse for treating guests disrespectfully. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better conduct from the security staff.
The room was somewhat unclean. My friend said the room they just checked into smelled like medicated oil. There was also no soap in the bathroom. Sure, we could ask for it, but housekeeping should be alert about small things like that. During breakfast, we had to ask nearly five times to get the coffee refilled after it ran out, only then did someone come to do it. On the second day, there was coffee, but no milk. Very unsatisfactory — the food wasn’t tasty either, as expected of typical hotel food. Perhaps this happened due to a lack of staff or some specific reason on that particular day. However, the location was good — very strategic, right in the city center and close to the train. The main thing is that this hotel looks scary from the outside and also feels scary when walking through the hallway to the room. But… maybe that’s just how it seemed to me. Anyway, maybe this hotel is a favorite among tourists from India, China, and Vietnam… However, that can't be concluded for sure as I only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. My suggestion is that the hotel management should maintain the quality of the hotel, because its main advantage is that it's very close to shopping malls, Central Market, and other facilities. Not just maintain the quality, but be truly committed to maintaining it. The staff member who opened the front door of the hotel, a Nepali, was very friendly and liked greeting us in Malay. Keep up that attitude!
