Cosmo Hotel Torri

My stay at Cosmo Hotel was perfect. Staff is very nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was fine, typical European style. I was impressed how fast they pressed my suit for a wedding I was attending the next day. Overall is an excellent hotel, centrally located a nice shopping center and cinema 5 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around.

Does not deserve 4 stars. Very aged thematic hotel with many signs of deterioration, lack of maintenance and they can’t upgrade anything because it will throw off the theme style of this hotel. While my rooms was suitable, there were only 2 pillows and the pillows were very flat. But the absolute worst thing was that the wifi was so bad that it was unusable even to check email. So, it is my firm opinion that this hotel is not at all suitable for business travellers expecting solid basics. Breakfast included was barely adequate. Malfunctioning electronics in the hallway emitting noises was concerning and disruptive to sleep. Location is the one factor here in that there are a number of food varieties and some approachable local retail within walking distance compared to the designer brands in Milan and other hotels near Monza. I am fully surprised this establishment somehow still maintains a 4 start rating.

Terrible experience. My personal items were stolen during a business stay. Management first denied it, but I tracked them with my Apple device. Only then did they help recover them and offered a free stay as a courtesy. Later, they backtracked and offered just a 20% discount. Unprofessional and disappointing. Use the locker—and avoid this place. Not recommended.
