Great hotel! Perfect location, right on the promenade and very close to the main bar/retail area. Surprisingly quiet given the great spot.Staff were nice and friendly. Loved the room, second floor over-looking the beach. Breakfast was decent, good range of things including fresh fruit.
I arrived at the hotel prior to check in time and the staff greeted me warmly. They allowed me to store my luggage, change my close, and gave me access to the rooftop pool while I waited. They also addressed an error made by the Expedia app, that inadvertently booked two rooms, quickly and efficiently. After getting in my room, the phone rang in the room and it was desk making sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Both Nick and Saria, the staff at the front desk, were just wonderful. Thank you both!
Just spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. It is fantastically situated right on the beach in Platja D’Aro and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. It is a modern hotel with a nice spa and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay there again.
