Nice hotel close to green spaces and big mall. Clean and well run. Pool is more like a big cool tub. View is nice. Breakfast buffet is decent for the price. Drinks and food at the restaurant are ok.

I stayed for about a week. The rooms are big enough. Walking distance to the city centre = 15-20'. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly, however I could not get a coffee at 5.30 AM before departure 🫩😝

My family and I booked our rooms via the hotel's website and recieved a confirmation which stated that the payment would be processed upon the check-in. Thinking everything was fine we went to the hotel, where it turned out that the system hadn't registered our reservation. The trainee at the desk tried to speak with the manager (who wasn't at that time present at the hotel) and they wasted way too much of our time. It turned out that there was a mistake in the system, which wasn't our fault but it was us who were punished for it. After 14 hours of travel and 2 hours waiting at the reception desk we were denied a place to sleep. The hotel simply told us to go to the other hotel on the other side of the road that was 80 euro per night more expensive than this one. No refund, no covering the additional cost, no compassion whatsoever. Maybe if we stayed sleeping at the lobby's floor they would have taken some action in order to save their "good" image? We'll never know. We wanted to explore Brno. Instead we travelled towards the border where, at the hotel in Poland, we were greeted with a smile and dignity in the middle of the night. That's how it's supposed to be. Czechia left an unpleasant experience in our memory, which is sad because it seemed an interesting country to visit. Shame on you. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.
