We had a truly wonderful check-in experience today, and we have Darya at the front desk to thank for that! She was not only incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, but also absolutely beautiful. What really stood out was that she didn’t just handle the check-in — she personally walked us to our room. That kind of warm, thoughtful service is rare and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Darya’s professionalism and genuine hospitality left a deep impression on us. The hotel is truly lucky to have someone like her on the team! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. The entire front desk team was also generous and considerate. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for us. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast is served until 12 noon — such a thoughtful detail. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. The food was of high quality and definitely worth the price. I also appreciated the hotel’s amenities — both the pool and gym were well-equipped and added great value to the stay. One small suggestion would be to consider adding a water dispenser and hand towels in the gym area for added convenience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to access many of the city’s attractions, which was a major plus. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a professional, well-run, and enjoyable place to stay.
Dear Hotel Management, I booked two rooms through Booking.com and confirmed that all taxes and fees were paid online in advance. However, upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional AED 40 for one of the rooms. When I checked out in the morning, I requested an invoice from the front desk. The staff informed me that I had to request the invoice through Booking.com. Since then, I have sent four messages via the platform but have not received any response. I'm not sure if the information provided by the front desk was accurate, which is why I’m reaching out. I kindly ask the respected hotel management team to look into this matter. The staff member at reception told me she could not issue the invoice directly, despite my explanation that, in my previous experiences booking hotels through Booking.com, I have always received an invoice from the front desk at checkout. Unfortunately, she refused and insisted I contact Booking.com. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the hotel could respond to my inquiry through the platform. Thank you very much for your attention and support
