Good hotel at a great location.
Our family went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning in the holiday season. Although very neat, the buffet had only a very limited offering. Not all products were fresh. A bit of a disappointment for a "4-star" hotel. Low price/quality ratio.
The room had no heating when we arrived (it was -5 outside), luckily it did get fixed after a few hours. Second night we ordered dinner with room service (only option during corona times), and we were told that it will arrive between 6PM and 7 PM. By 9PM we still have not received our main course. When calling the reception (from my own phone as the phone in the room was not working), the receptionist told me that "well we have a lot of guests today, so that's just it" and put the phone down on me. Lovely service, let's say....
