I usually stay in Park Inn hotel chains and the one in Kazan is at the same quality level as the rest. Good breakfast, spacious room, good location (very close to the center). Good for business or vacation.
Really good place, good breakfast, friendly staff that are able to communicate in English. Everything is clean and they have great services (and are fast). One major setback was the laundry service. Turned out that we had to pay €30 to wash couple of clothes. The ridiculous prices were not clear to us because the laundry lady did not spoke English. Sadly they did not settle the matter with us and we just had to pay the full price.
Are you wondering for the worst cuisine in Kazan? Visit the four star rated Park Inn here. To be honest, it's not my first Park Inn experience but their hospitality is as good as their restaurants disgusting. Wanna eat - wait for 30 minutes being alone in the hall. Oh, you 're still here? So, our meat is now not frozen anymore as well. Tasty.
