Cosmos Murmansk Hotel a member of Radisson Individuals

The hotel is old and there's no denying it, but it's located in a very nice location. If you're not happy with the hotel food, there's plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets all in walking distance around the hotel. Murmansk Mall is also very near and you can walk there too. The staff barely speaks English but that's to be expected, so make friends with your Google translate. Breakfast has no variety; I ordered room service and the food came bland.

I stay at this hotel when I travel to Norway, because the busses leave from it early in the morning. Not impressed by the rooms or the hospitality, but it´s an ok place to stay for a night. Wish it could be a nicer experience though.

Dated rooms, dirty bathrooms, rudest reception staff ever and around the clock, all shifts were equally (un)trained to INhospitality by the same people. Murmansk was sold out so we were stuck with it.
