The new room was beautifull. With the balcony & the view. Breakfast was a little crowded due to an event ... Big plus for this amazing roof top terrasse. Location is very central. Staff were friendly and give smile.
When I arrived to the hotel I was told I could grab some. breakfasts. Mom grabbed some cold eggs (as the buffet was pretty much over) 2 slices of cold bread, some fruit and coffee. I grabbed a bit of the leftover eggs, some juice, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. The bread was terrible, the eggs tasted awful as they were the leftovers from the morning. Well it turns out u could have ordered fresh warm breakfast from the menu… didn’t know that and I was never told that until the day I left. I was charged for 2 full buffet breakfast… like for real? I just paid cause I didn’t wanna argue with anyone.
Absolutely horrible experience. Zero communication before booking (no invoice or successful payment email), no response to special requests through site contact form, i had to visit the hotel in person and then they dropped the ball on my requests for my wedding night. Apathetic staff, worn out room with patchy plaster and paint and a blocked shower. They outsource customer care to some third party company who know nothing and care less...
