Ksenia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My daughter and I arrived at the hotel early and exhausted after a long train ride, and she graciously arranged an early check-in for us. She also assisted with all our requests promptly and kindly. Thank you so much!
It’s best hotel and in good place in the main street And i would like to thank victoriya that’s provided for me a late check out service
I didn't spend enough time to have an opinion on service level, but I was greeted with warm smiles each time I met a patron. I also enjoyed the views, especially of people walking midnight like it's during the day in the streets.
