Grozny became one of my favorite cities after my first visit and stay in this hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious. If you get to live on the higher floors, the view you get from the room is incredible, especially at night. The room has everything you need, including all the toiletries, basically what you expect from a 5 star hotel. There was a ironing room on my floor free for everyone to use. Unfortunately, at the time of my stay the spa was closed for renovation. Breakfast in this hotel is one of the best i ever had. I think I would stay in this hotel just for the breakfast every morning. The customer service in whole region is not the best, but I can tell the staff are trying their best. I would suggest to smile more:))
The hotel is quite Ok, but there is renovation of the upper floors at this time. The hotel personnel is very polite and service minded. The prices should be reduced a little bit. Very easy and fast access to the Sheremetievo airport.
