My father and I have recently had a short but truly exceptional stay here. Huge thanks to the incredible night administration team! Elen and Anastasia were truly outstanding – professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their calm and helpful demeanor late at night was incredibly reassuring and made our stressful trip much easier! That will definitely be our place to stay on the way back. Yet again many thanks and kudos to such hospitality
Bathrooms: lights not properly working, shower head doesn't work properly due to limescale. Shower looks dirty due to using wrong detergents. Rooms: clean-ish, but just a quick look at the bedside tables and it's clear how much dirt there is around. I honestly expect more cleanliness from a 4* hotel in this price range.
Doniyor and his colleague caused confusion regarding the hotel building. Instead of apologizing, Doniyor showed no remorse, and his colleague even told us, saying, "Next time, don't choose this place." It's shocking that staff would speak to customers this way. Does this hotel even pay their salaries? This was a terrible experience. If this review reaches the management team, I strongly urge you to reevaluate your staff policies and training. Thai guests and all customers deserve better service.
