Our experience at this hotel has been fantastic. Our flights were originally delayed & we called up the hotel & the lady at the desk Rania was so kind and reassuring that our stay would not be affected (Easy Jet messed us around a lot). The staffs kindness was not unnoticed and they offered us lots of help and suggestions for places to go in Skala and also Kefalonia in general! The breakfast place next door was included in our stay and the staff there were also so lovely to us. Our hotel room was spacious clean and had a balcony over looking the main strip in Skala. Location ⭐️5 star!!! Even though there was 2 of us we ended up with a family room which has a lovely open space loft area that is also spacious and has its own tv! Can’t recommend this hotel enough, and Rania thank you again for your help and kindness :)
The room with the loft looks nice, there is not much storage space, the ladder to the loft is steep. Unfortunately the air conditioning only cools the lower part and the upstairs is hellishly hot. The shower is tiny with a curtain.,
If it’s location you’re after in the heart of Skala then this hotel is great. Service was also great by the staff. However, the price tag does not match the quality and standard of the rooms. Bathrooms very old and barley any space to our clothes etc especially if staying for a longer time.
