I had an amazing stay at Costa Bitezhan Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with beautiful views of the Aegean Sea, and just a short ride from the center of Bodrum. The atmosphere was peaceful yet lively, ideal for both relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. From the reception to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the housekeeping, which was always timely and thorough. The food was another highlight! The buffet offered a good variety of delicious dishes, both local and international. Dining with a view of the sea made every meal even more special. The beach area was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and the sea was perfect for swimming. The pool area was also great for those who prefer fresh water. Whether you want to chill or explore Bodrum, this hotel gives you the best of both worlds. Highly recommended for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea. I’ll definitely return again!
In general OK however there are ares to be improved: Food quality to be improved. Breakfast was not provided when we checked out early in the morning. No entertamnet on the evening. Limited things to do. No phone, no safe in the room Internet is almost zero signal. Soft drinks with some artificial smell and test. No snacks bar. Almost no fruits. Almost zero animation activities. Towels are from different hotels with other hotel signs! Almost nothing to do for kids. Bahadir animator did his best to provide some sort of animation using music from his own phone....appreciate his efforts!
