Costa Brava Apart Hotel & Suites

We LOVED our stay at costa brava apart hotel. The room was very large, the view was spectacular; the property had everything you could think of - from a pool to a dock with sunrise view; and Patricia was lovely and extremely helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat! Included all photos we took on the property!

Very good apart hotel. With view of lake.

The location at the lake and the apartment itself is very beautiful but the attention and service in the place is poor and disappointing. We arrived a little before the check-in time and were not allowed to set foot on the property until 3 o'clock.the explenation why we are not allowed to wait in the commun area was unreasonable. At the check-in we were asked to give the information of a second credit card even we already put down all the infos while booking the place but the lady at the reception was not capable to access this info and made it to be our problem. It was emphasised several times that they will charge us extra if we don't leave the place (not just the room but the property) on the check out day at exactly! 10 am,there is an extra charge if you don't leave the kitche impecable or leave a stain on a towl and several other things.i have never been in a hotel where you ask for taxi and they just give you the number of a taxi company,knowing that the signal of our phonecompany doesn't reach the hotel.and i have never been in a place where they charge you extra for another roll of toilet paper.i should have read the reviews better befor booking because they treat you exactly the way that they answer to all the criticism which is unfriendly and unprofessional. We were disappointet with our stay and i wouldn't go back again.
