We went by chance to spend a night just to rest. We were accommodated in the old part of the hotel. The room was truly horrible. Very cramped, with deteriorating, cracked walls, old bathroom fixtures, everything was terrible. It's worth noting that the concierge service was excellent. Considering that it's included in the rate, breakfast was acceptable, but could be better.
Very bad experience... Very old mattresses, no cold water in the bathroom during the night, and in the morning it came out cloudy. The breakfast was very poor. My only criticism is the excellent management service.
Honestly, it's a scam. They post pictures of the best rooms, then make you go through another door, and then the real ones are right there. They're very expensive, but they're all broken. There's no air conditioning or ceiling fan, humidity, and uncomfortable beds. The bathroom has either an old or very new system that doesn't work. And to top it all off, you can't sleep because there are apartments right next to the window, and they scream all the time. THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME.
