A great place to unwind! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing just the right atmosphere for relaxation. The location is peaceful and conveniently situated—perfect for a quick getaway or a quiet stay. It would be great if they could upgrade the TV to a smart TV, as it can feel a bit boring in the room without Netflix or other streaming options. 🥲 The serving of viand was a bit small.

Disappointed with our stay. For ₱2,500/night, the room had no refrigerator, smelly shower drain, limescale buildup, and broken doors. The pool water was cloudy, and the pool toilet was very dirty. Poor maintenance overall. Not worth the price.

Overrated and Overpriced! Our experience at this place was very disappointing. The swimming pool was dirty, and the pool playground was outdated, full of mold, and in desperate need of repainting. The rooms are quite small considering the high price point — you could easily get a 4-star hotel in Cebu with a great buffet for the same amount. The breakfast was also below expectations, lacking variety and quality. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of support for the local community. Despite the hotel being part of Lower Loboc, they don’t seem interested in giving back or participating meaningfully in local events like the San Cruzan festival. We inquired about taking some photos of my daughter at the hotel for the festival and were even willing to pay an entrance fee or rent a room. To our surprise, they demanded ₱5,000 for just 30 minutes to 1 hour for a quick photo shoot — something that could have promoted both the event and their property positively. It felt like everything was about profit, with no regard for fairness or community spirit. In summary, this place is overpriced, lacks hospitality, and is not worth what they charge.
