Costa Grand Resort and Spa

Over the moon with our choice of hotel. The Costa Grand hotel in Kamari was amazing. The staff were all excellent and attentive. And when I had any concerns they remembered me and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The staff on reception were all lovely. And on the final day a lady there also took some amazing photos of me and my family. Thank you 💜 The breakfast was wonderful and varied. Brilliant for all ages. Rooms very tidy, clean and we slept well. We will be back again in the future. Plus we will rave to all our friends and family about the Costa Grand hotel. Thank for making our break so special. If you go make sure you visit the local outdoor cinema in Kamari. It is a brilliant experience.

My partner and I recently stayed at Costa Grand Spa Resort in Santorini, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The resort is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach, with stunning views, elegant rooms, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. What made our stay even more special was the incredible service we received, especially from Nikos, the restaurant manager. From the very first day, Nikos greeted us with the warmest smile and made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure every dining experience was perfect—offering great recommendations, remembering our preferences, and always checking in with genuine care and kindness. We also want to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Costa Grand. Every single person we encountered was friendly, professional, and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of hospitality and attention to detail throughout the resort was exceptional.

Negatives : even though the hotel has beach with own sun beds, they don’t make much sense if you want a swim. It is impossible to swim as that side of the beach has huge rocks inside the water. Moreover, when it’s windy, wind and waves are the most intense there in comparison with other parts of the beach. I spent all my 7 days going to other beaches to have an opportunity to swim in the sea. Also , cleaning wasn’t perfect, in 7 days they didn’t clean a bathroom at all. There were left lots of hair inside of the bathroom from the previous people and I left it specifically to see when they were going to clean it, but I never waited for it. Additionally, breakfast was good overall, with delicious different savoury pastry every day , but there were no variety of other food options except of eggs ( eg , pancakes/ waffles or plain porridge ) , and fruit options were quite limited ( no berries or seasonal fruits ) and they were taken very quickly. One more thing, I could hear everything from people who stayed above me at night. Wasn’t pleased when a child cried all night and all morning ( even though I am child friendly , just would prefer better soundproofing ) Positives: Amazing friendly staff. Nice smell in the room. Few swimming pools. Overall, it was a good stay, but I also wouldn’t give it 5 star rating and would choose a different hotel next time.
