Costa Luvi Hotel All Inclusive

We had two rooms as we went with our two children so there was four of us and they gave us two triple rooms with balcony next to each other which was great!! We had sea views and pool views. We had an amazing time, the food was great and plentiful,Badar was always at hand to help us with any queries we had, we played games like chess and backgammon, Badar is a excellent chess player so we always lost to him! There are water sports next to the hotel, we had cocktails all day from the bar which was included, the city is beautiful! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a good stay at the hotel and the place is fantastic and would like to thank Mr Bahadir for his assistance to us in knowing all about the hotel and we will sure be back to the hotel again Many thanks to all hotel Management

Most insecured hotel experience in my life. When I was sitting in my room suddenly my door opened by a strange guy with the key card! I was scared and shocked, but he was also shocked and immediately left. I called the receptionist and both of the receptionist and the manager said it was a system error, and randomly said sorry. The manager denied my insecurity and he said this is the most secure hotel. I tried my own key card at my sister’s room, and I was able to open her door!! It was the most annoying part of my experience with this hotel. Beside it, I saw hair in dishes a few times, and air conditioners are not working at the restaurant. No way to enjoy your food, you soaking up with sweat while trying to eat. I was thinking giving 5 stars just because servers are helpful and friendly, but this experience was a big impact.
