We loved our stay. The room was simple with quality hard and soft goods. A cooked breakfast was included with the room, and the servers were attentive. The breakfast area provides pool access, and a view of the ocean. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant which was part of the Plaza. It was world-class. We would definitely book a future stay at Plaza Sol.
This hotel is facing the beach. It has a pool, restaurants, gym, and bar. The best rooms are the ones with terrace with ocean and pool view. Stayed here for two nights, and it was good. Parking is underground with 24 hrs attendance. Hotel is next to a big plaza with plenty of department stores and restaurants.
The was only one elevator working the whole time I was there, which made us wait forever. The front desk lady was rude and no help at all, but she had time to be on her phone ..
