Costera Hotel

I recently stayed at Costera Hotel and had an excellent experience overall. Although the room was small and didn’t have a window facing the street, it was spotlessly clean and looked newly renovated, which made it very comfortable. What truly stood out was the breakfast on the terrace—such a beautiful and relaxing way to start the day. A special thank you to Abdullah for his warm hospitality and for taking such great care of us during our stay. Highly recommended!

Staff was super kind and welcoming. Teşekkürler to the gentleman who greeted us upon arrival – very professional and warm. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options to choose from, and the view from the 5th floor terrace during the meal was absolutely stunning. The location is great – walking distance to Sultanahmet and many major sights. We recommend choosing a room with a balcony – it was a lovely touch and perfect for relaxing in the evening. Also, the room had working air conditioning, which was really appreciated in the summer heat. Minor downsides: There were a few small things in the bathroom, such as slightly low water pressure in the shower – nothing serious, just something to be aware of. Also, be prepared for the possibility of waking up around 4.00–5.00 AM, as the prayer speakers from nearby mosques can be quite loud. Of course, this depends on how tired you are and how well you usually sleep, but it’s good to know in advance. All in all - great value and welcoming stay – highly recommended!
