Cosy Apartment Under the Tower

Very comfortable.. very beautiful aplartment.

A aimé · Excellent appartment with all electrical appliances one needs (tea boiler, micro-oven, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, toaster) except oven. Agency's positives: very rapide communication, they reply very quickly. N'a pas aimé · The only thing in the appartment is that the curtains don't blind the light, so wake-up is early in the summer. No air conditioning nor ventilators but ig looks on the north side, so even with a very hot temperature in Prague it was nice and cool in tha appartment. Agency's negatives: the most negative is that thay oblige you to pay through their own system even if you had provide your credit card to Booking. com. So you will pay in local money with a exchange rate they impose on you and at the end it costed me 5€ more. they are just shifting banking costs on you I guess. The online check-in system is automatic and is convinient. However before I paid through their system I received 4 or 5 e-mails saying please pay, your reservation is not guaranteed, it might be cancelled and so on. It is annoying, kind of harassement. They give you a deadline but even when this deadline is far to the end, they send you e-mails and e-mails. And last negative thing is that the only one set of keys is provided. When it is a 6 persons appartment they shoukd understand people are not always stick together and need several keys. When I asked for the second set they said Not possible because someone one day lost the second set and they had to change the locket. Well, even if one set is lost they have to do it or most probably do nothing because no one knows where this appartment is. Anyway is not a good reason, in my opinion. so all in all a very good appartment and not bad agency with a strange payment method and tons of e-mails. If you can live with it, go for it.

Not good experience. Our first days in Prague. Nobody is going to check in. Everything was with security box and via e-mail. Beds are really uncomfortable and one is broken under the matress (after we show them via e-mail they said was not a big deal and we might use other beds in the apartment). They asked to check out at 10 am and you have to pay half night if you stay even 30 minutes more. Crazy people. Not human touch. Old apartment with old wooden floor. Easy money for them.
