Country Hotel Borgo Sant'Ippolito

We had a fantastic stay. All staff were very polite, welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms and communal areas around the hotel were cleaned daily by smiling staff who greeted us as we passed. The outside pool area was very clean and maintained. Continental Breakfast was ample and fresh. Customer Service before trip by email was very helpful. Sadly a car is ESSENTIAL for getting to and from the hotel, but we were able to hire a rental for a reasonable price from airport. Thank you or an A* service

Beautiful classic Italian hotel built around an old brick bell tower. Kind service at check-in, even late on evening. Situated next to restaurant with tasteful local specialties. Good (for Italian standard) Breakfast buffet in their garden terrace with shade. The room lacked a good aircondition, but it was manageable to sleep in because of wooden window shades. Just a few minutes from the highway, I can highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful and peaceful hotel but what makes this extra special is the staff. They are helpful, kind and wonderful in every way. They go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very spacious and unique, breakfast and coffee is very very good. The location is also wonderful, I highly recommend staying here to base yourself and travel around the Tuscany area. We hope to come back one day.
