We stayed at 1 bhk like apartment in the Omaxe space. Rooms were fine. Staff helped me charge my electric vehicle. They can also arrange e-rickshaw if you want to travel to various temples from there. Overall a good stay if there are no options in last minute planning but prices are above the line.

I booked CI- Vrindavan at the very last moment with an impression of good name it has earned but unfortunately it was no where close to justifying its reputation. 1. Rooms were smelling of sewage smell and it never went away. 2. Rooms as they say are always sold out but there is no water in the taps. 3. The pillow they gave us had a caterpillar on its cover. 4. No duplicate/master keys so don’t expect of room cleaning in your absence. 5. No DG service in case of power cuts. 6. Same buffet is served everyday in the breakfast in partnership with Sagar Ratna. 7. The manager serving the breakfast never smiles as if he is pissed off serving the customers. I personally felt the tariff demanded and paid wasn’t worth.

Never stay here. I met the guy named Ranjeet . Worst service I have ever received. I met the guy named Ranjeet over the reception and he took 9000 for 2 rooms. When I entered in the room their gate lock doesn’t work moreover after spending such amount you expect a good hospitality. Their AC doesn’t work in both the rooms I stayed. When I asked about TV they replied that it’s not recharged. What a shame for a hotel who claims 4 star themselves. Furthermore on the reception Heena is there after calling many times she even responds. On a serious recommendation never stay there. They are culprit.
