Mr. Manash is a very good person who provides excellent service. He is polite and well-mannered. The hotel staff is also courteous and helpful. Overall, the hotel is very good and I had a pleasant experience.
I visited the hotel today with family for dinner. Menu was decent. Service was good. Akash and gaurav served us well. We had veg food. There was no crowd. Ambiance was good.
First off, the hotel is not a 4 star or even a 3 star. Radisson should relook how they'd like to improve this one. Food, esp. buffet options are low given the offer of dinner and b/f inclusion with the lodging. Rooms are dusty, amenities are mediocre. Dental, shaving, shoe kits and iron box are on demand and remind. Overall it's not bad, but not good either. Given a chance, Id look for a better hotel.
