Hotel Comment From the moment I booked our stay to the time we checked in, the level of professionalism and service was exceptional. The hospitality extended to us truly felt like home. Our experience was incredibly comfortable and accommodating…especially important when traveling with two little ones. I’m especially grateful for the thoughtful gesture of providing milk during a stormy evening so we didn’t have to venture back out in the bad weather, thank you, Randy, for going above and beyond. At checkout, Tony was just as kind, helpful, and reassuring, which left a lasting impression. I would choose to stay here time and time again. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience!
The hotel itself was quiet. We stayed one night and it was a Sunday night. We just happened to be in the room closest to the main road on our floor. If road noise at night bothers you I would suggest requesting a room with a 16 or higher as the room number. An even number would be best since it would be on the side of the building facing away from the road. Other than that, the room was nice and service was excellent.
Nice little hotel if you are in the area. Newer hotel with good amenities. Hotel is small and quiet, which my family appreciated. In-house staff were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was not the best but I appreciate that it was included. Nightly rate was fair for the room and atmosphere received. My only two complaints: when you leave the room, the AC defaults back to 74 degrees. The room has motion sensors that control the thermostat. So, when you come back in from the summer heat, it takes awhile for the room to cool down. Also, while you sleep, the room defaults back to 74 degrees if there is no movement. I understand why this feature exists , but it is a little annoying if you like to sleep in a cooler environment. The shower water pressure (5th floor) was not great. Very light pressure and the shower head was not adjustable.
