Country Lodge Hotel & Resort

We were there for our wedding. The service was amazing, and the team is very professional when it comes to organizing such events. However, the room service could have been better for a 4-star hotel. They didn’t provide water or any snacks in the room, and the room cutlery wasn’t as clean as expected.

We hosted our wedding party at Bsalim Country Lodge and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of every aspect. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and extensive experience, ensuring seamless service from start to finish. The DJ was highly skilled, expertly reading the crowd and maintaining an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the evening. The food was delicious, well-presented, and catered to a variety of tastes with excellent attention to detail. The venue itself featured a spacious, elegant floor that provided the perfect setting for dancing and celebration. Overall, Bsalim Country Lodge exceeded our expectations and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a sophisticated and well-organized wedding experience.

Its a nice but not hotel standards. The suit we got was big great space for family of 5 but its missing many essential things: - No Kettle eventhough there is a kitchen - any extra blanket you have ot pay extra, - the room service is from 10 am till 6 pm which is very surprising -no extra towels in room they give you 4 for every night only - no towels on the pool or you have to pay to buy one -the ladies on the check in are not that welcoming. - the wifi im the roon barely works and at the pool they don't give you the wifi password, -whenever we enter to the parking with our car they make us feel they don't trust we are residents at the hotel as if we are there for free parking so we show them the card of the room. I'm surprised to treated in a hotel in Lebanon in this way.
