Right from my first phone call to book, the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Great beds, neat rooms and great rates. Very helpful Manager on site and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Supposedly non smoking accommodation but when someone sits outside your door and puffs away I don’t think that is regulated. Clean but very dated and run down. Comfortable bed. Aircon worked. Very poor lighting in our room. Under the flight path but that didn’t bother us.

I want to share my experience with this stay, as it genuinely left me feeling disappointed and concerned. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the owner didn’t seem to prioritize the guest experience. We had booked through a website that assured us reception would be open until 10 p.m. but arrived just before 9 to find a sign instructing us to call. We didn’t think much of it at first, but when wecalled, the gentleman who answered seemed frustrated, hung up on us, and came down to meet us with an attitude. He mentioned that he had trouble hearing us due to our accent and the phone connection, which I completely understand—phones can be tricky. A bit more patience would have gone a long way, though. Instead, he bluntly asked for our name, grabbed the key without saying much, and quickly directed us to our room, all while rushing back to lock up. Before leaving, he even made an unnecessary comment about us being ‘foreigners.’ It was disheartening to feel treated that way just for choosing to stay at this location, especially after such a long day of travel. If it had been possible to cancel the booking, I would have done so in a heartbeat. As for the room itself, it was far from what I expected. The ceiling was falling apart, the walls were cracked away from the ceiling, and there seemed to be mold in the shower and on the window sills. It looked like the property is neglected, as though the owner had stopped caring about maintaining it. But what bothered me most wasn’t just the lack of upkeep—it was the clear sense that the owner was letting frustration and bitterness affect their interactions with guests. It's difficult to feel welcome when everything feels broken, both in the space and in the atmosphere. I truly hope the owner finds some peace and healing in whatever they may be going through, but it’s also important to recognize that hospitality requires kindness and respect for everyone who walks through your door.
