Country Relais I Due Laghi

I stayed at the Due Laghi for a restful holiday and I must say that everything was up to my expectations. A beautiful and welcoming environment, it can be reached by crossing a rough but not impossible road, and is just a handful of minutes away from Anguillara and Trevignano. Inside the resort everything invites you to slow down and relax; the rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, the park is pleasant and well-kept, the hotel staff and the dining room staff are professional and affable. The restaurant is good, with excellent meats and raw materials and prices in line with the average of restaurants on the lake. Good service also in the swimming pool, equipped with a small bar. Very quiet at night. The breakfast could be improved, which would benefit from the addition of fresh fruit, and the lighting of the corridors, although the Gothic atmosphere of the villa is quite suggestive. Definitely a place of excellence and among the best high-end agritourisms I have visited, highly recommended.

Our experience does not refer to the stay but to a Sunday lunch. Nice rustic atmosphere, very retro. Menu reduced to the bone, quality raw materials, primarily cured meats and cheeses; the pod used for the profiterol and the Zilath red wine from the Cento Corvi farmhouse lower the level. The Sardinian gentleman who served us was very kind. The outdoor structure and the horse farm are probably more enjoyable in spring.

The business no longer exists. We went in to inquire and were chased away by a woman who told us the place was closed.
