I love everything about this place. The place energy was genuinely homey and beautiful. You can tell that this is a place is made out of love and dedication. Thank you to such lovely owners and the team who provided us with such heartwarming hospitality. The bed was super duper comfortable and swimming in the pool with that gorgeous scenery was super rejuvenating! We will back. :) Thank you so much.
Could not rate more highly. The peaceful countryside setting is stunning—surrounded by rice fields and mountain views, it’s the perfect place to unwind. What made it truly special was the warm hospitality from Pete and Ying. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Ying’s cooking at the Garden Fork Café was a standout—fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious! If you’re after a relaxing, scenic getaway with genuine hosts and amazing food, Country Retreat is a must. We can’t wait to return!
I cannot rave about this place enough!! It is so picturesque, situated right in the rice paddy with a view of a temple across the way. The hosts Pete and Ying are so accommodating and sweet. You can rent a motorbike for 300 baht a day and go on adventures all over, it’s such a great place.
