Everything was incredible. The room location was great for seeing Strasbourg and walkable to the cathedral and all the shops and cafes. There was a small table and desk area in our room that was so charming. I want to create a little nook like that at home. We had a courtyard view and I would highly recommend. All staff members were kind and helpful. We could not believe how delicious the breakfast was. Please do not miss it. My only complaint it that I wish we could have stayed longer.
Excellent hotel; great service, superb location, nice room, comfortable beds. We slept like a baby. Breakfast was excellent, variety with quality and so big portion. Bravo to all the staff, from the porter guy, checking in ladies and the breakfast ladies. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the train station. Taxi came with a nice and clean car, the driver even gave us some historic info about the town on the way to the Train station. Impressive stay. Highly recommended.
The staff at this hotel is excellent! Incredibly friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. My daughter said that even the pull -out couch mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with so many great offerings. We were in Strasbourg during the June heatwave, but the A/C worked really well. This hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and is just a short walk away from it all.
