Very friendly staff, the rooms is big, and the most comfortable bed I slept on in a long time. Booking was easy as well
The place is good but I felt like it's standards were a little low for a four star hotel, the rooms are clean and nice but the bathrooms need to be upgraded and they have a bit of a urine smell. Their breakfast needs a bigger variety. There was nothing exciting to eat, just plain normal breakfast. The staff was perfect, from the gate to the front desk and the waiters.
It is with the utmost disgust that I type this review. I spoke to a consultant in February 2025 for a booking for the 5th July 2025. I have been continously calling and following up to confirm the booking ever since. The hotel just sent an email to me now (i.e 30 June 2025) that the booking has been cancelled and that we may no longer be accomodated. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. This level of unprofessionalism is something unheard of. I find it very questionable how that 4 star rating was obtained for this hotel. Incompetence, indolence, ignorance, are the words which perfectly describe my experience with this group. The consultant I dealt with was more useless than a chocolate tea pot.
