My 5-star rating is entirely because of the incredible bartender I had the privilege of being served by during both my first and second visit. His presence truly elevated the experience—his energy was magnetic, his aura calming, and the depth of our conversation left a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone in hospitality who brings both genuine soul and skill behind the bar. He wasn’t just mixing drinks—he was creating a space where people could feel seen. I left not just with a great cocktail, but with a lighter spirit and a clearer mind. He is a gift to this place, and the hotel is lucky to have him. If you're visiting, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. You’ll know exactly who I’m talking about the moment you meet him.

We enjoyed our stay, however we were denied complimentary bottles of water because the desk staff indicated that our rooms were discounted. Water is a basic complimentary item at every hotel I’ve stayed at. I want to give a shout out to Kayla in the coffee shop. Her customer service skills are par excellence. Kayla worked the line alone, and she kept the coffee equipment area clean and tidy for each customer. Kayla’s attitude was pleasant and warm. I saw her on Saturday and Sunday and she maintained her professionalism both days. I give Kayla ten stars. Have a great life on purpose!

Prior to arriving I e-checked in, provided my ID, added a card for the "incidentals" as they called it just to find out you still have to manually check-in at check-in. You're charged a $100 upon check-in and only certain cards are accepted. BE AWARE otherwise you won't be allowed to check-in. Also, parking on site is $55 extra per night. On top of gratuity added to the breakfast buffet which is good despite the servers getting an automatic 25% just to bring only water. The gift shop is astronomical. For a small bottle of Tylenol and a small hygiene product it cost $27. Please also note on top of the initial $100 you'll be separately charged $27.93 per day for I can only assume is for use of the pool and gym. Which I did not use! My coffee pot was missing the piece to hold the coffee filter. So, couldn't make coffee. I asked for bedding for the pull out sofa and the blanket was stained and I got a pillow for an infant. I also had to crawl around on the floor to plug in the fridge which almost holds a bottle of water and the microwave. Literally the worst stay and I'll never return!
