I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional help during my recent stay. My wife had accidentally left her wedding ring behind in the room, something so precious and sentimental to us, and your team went above and beyond to make sure we got it back safely before we left Schiphol. Your honesty, kindness, and quick action (sent via shuttle driver) turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a reminder of how truly caring and dedicated you are to your guests. We had a nice experience in our short stay in Courtyard.The hotel reception was an awesome team. I forgot my wedding ring after I checked out of the hotel and reached the airport. The reception desk was quick to respond and made sure that I could pick up my ring at the airport. The shuttle driver handed me my ring. Also, the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport was very friendly.

It is a very convenient hotel if you are going to the airport. It has an airport shuttle which I have never used, but it is a service which is good for travelers. I have stayed twice, always in a king size bedroom and the level is above par. Room is big and comfortable, the mattress is excellent and the views from the room make it to a beautiful park beside. The hotel has a nice gym and sauna and also for dining offers you have got the cafeteria/pub/restaurant but also a few good options within walking distance. The only thing I don't like even if you are staying the night you have to pay for the parking. It really does not make any sense to have this when you have a huge parking and you are not in the city centre.
