Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, tucked away in a quiet, gated area. The pool is spacious and relaxing, and the overall layout makes it easy to unwind. It’s just a short shuttle ride or walk to the beach, and the area feels very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though slightly dated in some areas. The breakfast buffet had a solid variety, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful. One moment really stood out: we accidentally left something behind in our first room when we switched rooms, and although the staff initially forgot to bring it to us, they later went out of their way to personally deliver it—which we really appreciated. That level of care made a lasting impression. Overall, this is a great choice for families looking for comfort, good service, and a relaxing environment. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days and I can honestly say that every single day was a pleasure. The service was outstanding – friendly, smiling staff who were always ready to help. Whatever the issue, they responded quickly and with genuine care. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless – everything felt fresh, well-kept, and nicely detailed. It’s clear the whole team puts a lot of effort into guest comfort. The pools were beautiful and clean, a perfect place to relax. On top of that, the garden was lush and well maintained. Surrounded by greenery and tropical plants, it truly felt like being in paradise. Breakfasts were another highlight – not only delicious but also very diverse. There was something for everyone: fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, and even local specialties. You could really taste the quality and care put into everything. Overall, the stay was fantastic, mostly thanks to the staff’s professional and caring attitude. I would absolutely recommend this hotel – they genuinely care about their guests. The 14 days flew by way too fast!

We stayed at Courtyard Nusa Dua Bali with our family and can truly recommend this hotel for a family holiday. The staff are amazing—always smiling, super friendly, and helpful. The Kids Club is great and our children really enjoyed it. The pools are wonderful for kids, although a slide would have made it even better, but everything else was simply beautiful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We had a few issues during our stay, but the hotel manager was fantastic and solved everything immediately. The rooms are a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. The team,ö did their best to help us and made sure all our needs were met—excellent customer service!
