Excellent service and friendly, smiling staff. The rooms are very clean and well-organized. The rooms are equipped with top-quality appliances. One of the great comforts during the summer is that the cooling system makes no noise in the room at all, and the comfortable beds allow you to get proper rest. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect close to everything, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting batumi and look forward to coming back
Big time traveler with Marriott so I have some questions to this hotel being 5 star😬 service is good - they are trying but still not there, not so easy to communicate in English ( again, they call themselves a 5 star hotel so it does matter) , interior is also no where 5 star. It’s a regular Marriott from interior to service , don’t expect much.
