We had a fabulous stay at the Courtyard in Berlin! From the moment we arrived - tired and bedraggled, until the moment we reluctantly departed the staff went over and above to make our stay a delight. They are welcoming, kind, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms are brand new, very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the hair dryer is powerful - not the usual hotel kind that takes forever to dry long hair. The hotel is central and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and many historical sights. Even with its busy location, the hotel itself is very calm, quiet, and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!
The rooms were fairly new, and the bathroom was very nice and modern. The only downside was that the rooms were dusty, and one of the beds had old linens. Additionally, there is no 24/7 room service or dining options available in the hotel, so keep that in mind. All in all, it’s a nice place to explore Berlin from.
Very good hotel and the location was spot on for exploring the city. Walking distance to the all the main sites and very close to the underground station. Our room was spotless and the staff were very helpful also the breakfast was good. We were lucky to meet Alexandra at the front desk when we checked in she has a great sense of humour and has excellent knowledge of the area and gave good recommendations each day.
