Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Brussels EU and had a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making for a hassle-free stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn’t particularly stand out. Overall, the hotel’s convenient location and comfortable amenities made it a good choice for my visit

Great Location & Clean Rooms – But Service Missed the Mark I recently stayed at the Courtyard Brussels and, overall, had a good experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well located—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the facilities met all the expectations of a Courtyard by Marriott property. However, the service left something to be desired. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it fell short of the warm and attentive experience I’ve come to expect from Marriott Bonvoy hotels. Staff interactions were often curt, and even simple requests felt like a bit of a challenge. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again, especially given the hotel’s convenience and comfort—but I do hope the service improves to better reflect the Marriott standard.

The hotel has a great location. However, as soon as you enter, there is a strong sewage smell. We were told that they are working to resolve the issue, but the odor reaches all the way to the rooms. There are no slippers provided in the room, and the towels were dirty. It definitely does not justify the price.
