I had a truly enjoyable stay at Courtyard Bucharest Floreasca. The hotel lives up to the Marriott standard—modern, clean, and exceptionally well managed. It’s located in a quiet, upscale area with good access to the city centre, making it both convenient and peaceful. The service was a highlight of my stay. The reception team—Mihnea, Alex, and Vlad—were outstanding: professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their attentiveness and warm attitude made a great first impression. A special mention also goes to Georgiana from the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond each morning to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendliness and attention to detail truly stood out. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and excellent work space. Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering plenty of options to start the day right. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest, whether for business or leisure. The level of hospitality and comfort made my stay a memorable one.
This hotel provides great service and the staff is great. The rooms are extremely clean but they are on the small side. My room had an amazing view though. This might be the best courtyard Marriott. Definitely will stay again there.
Not one of the best Courtyard stays. The hotel has a good location in the business area of Bucharest. Room was small. Service was okay. While the bar staff were excellent, the rest of the staff failed to deliver. The requested rollaway bed was never there when i checked in. Just after i mentioned my booking request, they sent it to the room, but then the front office ended up charging a fee for it at check out, something they should have mentioned beforehand. Parking pass was not properly set up. When i tried to exit, the gate didn't open and i had to run to the front desk to get it fixed, while another impatient guest kept honking behind me at the gate. With so many other options in Bucharest, I’m likely to explore different places next time.
