The overall of the room inside can be said impeccable. There is room tidy everyday. The bar and concierge combined together n so their service is really good. The disadvantage is the location not closed to the station (the train station operative pointed me to the tunnel to walk to the hotel which is the farest route to the hotel. Also, I can say the food was quite good but do not try the soup which is too salty. However, overall food n food service are fantastic to recommend

I stayed for 4 nights for a work conference I was attending. EVERYTHING was perfect! The staff were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, my room was amazing and breakfast was delicious. Beyond impressed and would recommend to anyone/everyone. I also would go out of my way to stay at another if I’m even remotely close. Honestly, the staff here do your brand proud, they are so kind and polite, just a joy to interact with. In particular, Alex who was the manager for breakfast, as well as every member of his staff, were just fab. They keep on top of dirty plates/tables without making anyone feel rushed and always said good morning and wished me a good day. Additionally, the rooms are soundproof and so so quiet. There was a Metallica concert next door my first night there…didn’t hear a thing from my room (which faced it!)!!

Lovely hotel, nice clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel is next to the hydro which is super handy! Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from unlike other hotels we’ve been to. Was it worth over £300 for one night in a small room though? I don’t think so, i would be expecting way more for that price 😬
