‼️ We spent one night in a twin-bedded room. ‼️ ✅️ Positive points: 1. Friendly and respectful staff. 2. Nice and clean room. 3. Close to the city centre. 4. Quiet room. 5. The bathroom was well-equipped, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even body lotion. 🟥 Negative points: 1. The mattress was not very comfortable. 2. There was no coffee maker, only a basic electric kettle. 🟨 Additional note: The hotel is close to an Arab neighbourhood, which can be either a positive or negative aspect depending on your personal preferences. The other guests are all very smart. The receptionist was really helpful. Loved the flavoured water at checkout. Rooms quite basic. Sofa bed for kids is double. Quite a rough area but very busy so we didn't feel unsafe. Takes about 45 minutes to walk to the port but near centre and train station. Small gym.

The hotel looks great and modern, probably being quite newly built. Rooms are spacious, having everything necessary for an easy accommodation. Services are good, including the hotel’s restaurant located at ground floor. Breakfast is good too with many options. The only negative aspect I found is the neighborhood in which hotel is. Although the streets and buildings looks in good shape and well maintained, I was negatively surprised about the many homeless around. Drunk and cracked people, or gathered in groups without doing something except smoking joints and drinking. Not something you want to see around you.
