I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard in Hong Kong. The hotel was excellent — the rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is also extremely central and convenient for exploring the city. A special highlight of my stay was the concierge, Eddie Leung. He was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and customer-focused. His level of service went far beyond what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Eddie truly made my stay even more enjoyable, and I cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended!
Service is international standard and consider excellence in HK culture. Staff is helpful and patience. Room is city view facing, which night view is enjoyable. Gym’s equipment seems new and good condition, clean and odourless; view is ocean facing, which is nice during morning work out
Love the view of my room. Bright sea view , it’s amazing. Great location , very convenient to everything , food /cafe /restaurant , supermarket , HK streets . ALL staffs from housekeeping to front office to concierge , bell boys were very friendly and helpful ! The warmest stay I have ever experienced and I love it! Will be back and highly recommend.
