Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad

This hotel is my home whenever I am in Hyderabad. For years I have been staying here and there is a sense of nostalgia when I come here as I reminisce the fond by era. I never had any room for complaint in this property and the staff has always welcome me with open hands and taken up gestures to make my stay memorable. There is connector from the hotel to the mariott hotel. Do take that in the morning and get a fantastic view of the lake. Try it out

As Taj loyalists so far, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality at the Courtyard Marriott Hyderabad. Special thanks to Mr. Rugved (Asst Front Office Manager) and Mr. Pankaj (House keeping Manager) and his team including Ms. Daibi and Ms. Rohti for widening our options to include Marriott henceforth for our future stays. Having stayed at Taj properties and enjoyed their magnificence and luxury, we had extended our Hyderabad trip by staying at the Courtyard for a day with not much expectations. Even though ours was a complimentary booking for a day through the Marriott Bonvoy membership reward, the staff at the Courtyard left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable and more than comfortable. Throughout our time at the Hotel, we could only see ever smiling and courteous staff wishing us at every sight and ensuring that our needs are met to complete satisfaction. While our booking was just for the stay, to our surprise the receptionists themselves offered us a complimentary breakfast the next day where we were greeted with a galactic spread of cuisine. Special mention to the Chef and Staff who took our orders by the table and served to our delight. Since the property is undergoing make overs, the adjacent Marriott property, connected via an air conditioned bridge at the 2nd floor, was open to us to avail the spa, swimming pool and gym facilities all through the working hours. The gym at the top floor has a spectacular view overlooking the Hussain Sagar lake and the Secretariat building which is visually pleasing during the cardio sessions. On the day of checkout, we got a little late to return to the hotel, owing to traffic. But the staff at the Courtyard were so warm to offer us a late checkout and also helped us reach the airport on time. Looking forward for the next visit to Hyderabad, with my mind already set on the Courtyard Marriott for my stay.

Had buffet lunch here. The food was good; nothing exceptional. The waiters are untrained and seemed casual and disinterested! For example, no one cleared the main plates to enable us have dessert. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere and not crowded on a Sunday afternoon
