Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City

The hotel is truly excellent. The service is second to none. I never want to exaggerate anything but I have to do it justice. It is right at the centre of Kuwait city so if you are travelling for work all businesses will be within a walking distance. The staff is incredibly amazing and they go above and beyond, I arrived way before check-in and was supposed to be charged an extra day but they waived it. There is always someone around to help. I had meetings all around the city and would reserve a hotel car. The one day I had a meeting at a different time, I called a bit later and they said they already had a car waiting for me just in case. Without me even asking. That is customer service. They truly care. The rooms are big and spacious, the bath tub is huge and deep. The hotel itself is gorgeous, has a gym with a full sauna and pool. It is connected to a mall so you have everything you need. This will be the only hotel I stay in, in Kuwait city.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like more than just a guest, I felt seen, cared for, and held in warmth. The team here didn’t just offer hospitality; they offered heart. A special thank you to Nina, Sunni, and Ismail at the front desk.. your kindness, attention to detail, and daily check-ins made me feel truly looked after. Whether it was a warm welcome or a gentle follow-up, you each made my stay extra comforting. At breakfast, Kumari and Tshering brought sunshine to my mornings, always smiling, remembering my preferences, and making sure I started the day with joy and nourishment. And to Rahul at the gym, thank you for your genuine support and encouragement. Your positive energy kept me aligned with my wellness goals, and your presence made a real difference in my routine. Courtyard Kuwait didn’t just give me a place to stay, it gave me a space to feel loved. Grateful for the care, the connection, and the community. I’ll absolutely be back 🤍

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Kuwait City. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade as a Marriott Gold Elite member. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and a special thanks to Front Office Desk Manager Ramy Ashraf for being so friendly and accommodating with my late checkout. Breakfast was also excellent with a great selection. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
